I made this fairy today at the new public library in Chesterton. Well, it is not new, just new to me. I had to twist two pipe cleaners together and made the skirt from a fake flower! You know what is on her head? An acorn!
Starting off the morning with a 5am Easter Vigil at Immanuel, we came home to see what the bunny brought. After a short nap for the kids, it was off to Grandma's for an egg hunt and some brunch.
Last week Annika was at her dad's for her birthday, so this is her birthday party here. Luau themed, there was lei making, and sea shell plates and well, you get it
Nothing like visiting the friendly neighborhood barista to take the chill off after some hard core sledding. Keep in mind 20 minutes of sledding, an hour plus at Starbucks.
Annika got to open her big Christmas present today...tickets to Wicked! She and Courtney hopped the train to the city to see a 2 o'clock show. Much fun was had by both, and it turned out not to be spoiled by the freezing rain and ice we were supposed to have had today. Nice!
We usually lead off the Christmas season with Papa Bob. This year was no different. Family fun and food, what more do you need? Here are some of Annika's goodies. Thanks Papa and Mona!
